Now I Know What a Ghost is, Unfinished Business.

We all have those moments in life—decisions made, words unsaid, or opportunities missed—that leave us with a heavy heart or a lingering sense of guilt. Whether it's unresolved conflict, unspoken feelings, or just a nagging sense of “what if,” we understand how tough it can be to move forward with unresolved regrets.

With Regret-Free Journeys, we offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to talk through those lingering thoughts and emotions. Our one-on-one, 30-minute Zoom calls are designed for anyone who feels burdened by regrets or unfinished business but isn’t sure where to turn. A friendly coach with listen as a non medical or mental health professional, this is an opportunity to get clarity mostly from yourself and talking things out with a listening ear, and helpful coaching—all in an anonymous, confidential setting.

Why Choose Regret-Free Journeys?

  • Personalized Attention: Each session is designed for YOU. You guide this opportunity. Whether you're looking for just an ear for your anonymous regrets, guidance on how to make peace with your past or searching for ways to move forward with confidence, we’re here to coach and listen.

  • A Judgment-Free Zone: Regrets can feel heavy and vulnerable, but this is your time to speak freely. We’re not here to diagnose or judge—we’re here to help you unpack those feelings and find your path to clarity and peace.

  • A Single, Affordable Fee: For a one-time fee of $55, you'll receive a focused, 30-40 minute online video session—an opportunity to release, reflect, and gain practical advice on how to ease your guilt or take motivated action moving forward.

  • Clearer Vision for the Future: Our coaching isn’t just about feeling better in the moment. It’s about empowering you to see how to release the emotional weight of regret and move toward positive change with newfound clarity and confidence.

How It Works

  • Step 1: Book your session with us via text at 757-323-7888 requesting a meeting and preferred day and time. We will get back to you with scheduling a time and send a zoom link. Whether you’re seeking closure, coaching, or just need someone to listen, we’re ready to connect.

  • Step 2: Log into your Zoom call and get comfortable. You’re free to remain anonymous and speak openly about what’s on your heart and mind. Sessions will not be recorded and shared.

*Disclaimer: Discussions about harming self or others will be reported to the authorities.

  • Step 3: With thoughtful guidance and active listening, we’ll help you explore your feelings, offer constructive feedback, and help you find the clarity or motivation you need to move on. Sessions will automatically cut off and disconnect at 40 minutes if they do run over.

The Impact: Find Peace, Motivation, and Clarity

It’s easy to carry the weight of guilt and regret, and sometimes it feels like no one understands. But talking through your experiences, even just for 30 minutes, can help unlock the clarity you’ve been missing. It might be that you need closure on a tough situation, or that you need some motivation to take action on something you’ve been putting off. Either way, our “Regret-Free Journeys” can help guide you toward emotional freedom.

When you release regret, you open up space for new opportunities, motivation, and growth. It’s time to let go of the past and embrace a future filled with peace, direction, and clarity.
